  2. Meanwhile make filling.Take a bowl add cabbage,onion and salt and mix well.And squeeze the water from the cabbage.Don't dry it all.Now add other spices and mix well.
  3. Now we will make small round thin chapatis from small size balls.And put one spoon of filling in it and give a momos shape.Like this make all momos.
  4. Now we will half fry them in a hot oil at medium flame till little light golden colour.
  5. Now for marination,take a bowl add all the ingredients given above for marination.And now add all the momos in this batter.
  6. During this time,for smoky flavour,take a small bowl and place it in centre of the marinated momos and now put a heated charcoal in a bowl and pour ghee on it and quickly cover with the lid.Smoky flavour will get absorb in the momos.And let it rest for half an hour.
  7.
