- Now for chutney take a pan add water and add red chillies into it and chopped tomatoes..cook it untill it becomes soft
- Now strain this in a strainer and remove the skin of tomato
- Now take same pan, add oil and them ginger garlic chopped into it and cook for a minute and then add strained ot boiled tomatoes into it by mashing add salt and soya sauce in it
- Cook for one or two minutes..after two minutes..let it cool down and then blend it in a blender..
- Now after 10 minutes momos are ready to serve
