  5. Spoon the mixture into the prep loaf tin and baked for 50min after add the rest of the cheese and bake for next 5-10min. Cool in the tin for 10min before cutting! You can eat warm or cold! Enjoy!

In the past, I've had a hard time getting the texture of the loaf. For the loaf: Cook the lentils according to the package instructions. Press the lentil mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared loaf pan. Use a pastry roller to roll it out smooth and compact the mixture.
