- Prepare 1/2 cup besan

Instructions to make Chilla Raita:
- Take besan in a bowl, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, carrom seeds chopped coriander, salt. Add water to it n make batter.
- Make chilla of the besan batter
- Take 2 cups of curd, whisk it well and add 1 cups of water to it. For tempering raita add oil to kadhai. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped green chillies, curry leaves n asafoitida n pour it into whisked curd n mix it. Add salt as per taste. Add chopped coriander to it
- Make pieces of chilla n add it to raita. Keep it in fridge for 10 minutes n serve it.
