  3. Using a slotted spoon, to drain most of the liquid off, place spoonful of meat mix into centre of a leaf, wrap it around, and secure using cocktail sticks
  4. Place in an oven tray and bake in medium hot oven for about 15-20 minutes until cabbage is cooked. Serve and enjoy!
