- Mix all the marinade ingredients with little oil and leave to rest room temp for 10-15mins(as shown below). Meanwhile Preheat oven at 220โC for 10-15mins. Once core temperature is reached, cover loosely and place in the middle rack and cook @200โC for 3hrs. Reducing the temp to 180โC for the last 15mins.
