- Add soaked rice stir with light hands add 3 cups or little more water depends upon the quality of rice give nice boil when 90% water evaporat slow the flame cover the lid and let it cook for more about 10 minutes
- Don't open the lid quickly after few minutes with the back of ladle give stir to rice and take out in serving bowl
- Serve with any raita of your choice or curd
