  5. Remove the chicken from the oven and apply the scotch bonnet mix to the chicken and bake for another 30 min or move
  6. For the sauce add oil to pan,add scotch bonnet and onion saute for 3_5 min on low heat add spices and seasoning and mix
  7. Add the wash and cut spinach and cover the pot on low heat and let it cook for 5_7 min
