  6. Take 1/2 a large red onion (diced)

  12. Take 3 tablespoons oil

Steps to make Chilli Chilli:
  1. In a soup pot, heat about a tablespoon of oil. Add your mince meat, garlic, ginger, salt and ground cloves, and stir until brown.
  2. Add your bell peppers, chopped onion, and chilli peppers. Stir until the onions are translucent.
  3. Add your tomato paste, and kidney beans, as well as your stock. If you don't have any stock, simply add 3 cups of water, and two stock cubes.
  4. Add ground cumin, chill powder and scotch bonnet.
  5. Leave to simmer uncovered and on low heat for about 45 minutes - 1 hour (or more). Until the beans are well cooked
