Instructions to make Tarahi:
  1. Soak the rice for 1 hour.. In a pan heat 1 tbspn oil add cut cauliflower and half cook them.. Once done transfer in a plate..
  2. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, green chillies, grated ginger saute it for 5-7 second..
  3. Add chopped patatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and peas and mix well.. Saute it fir 2-3 minutes..
  4. Than add 2 glass water.. When water starts boiling add half cooked cauliflower and drain the rice and add them.. When the water again starts boiling low the flame and cover the pan for 10 minutes.. Tahari is ready to eat..
