- Heat oil for frying. Add chopped bhindi and fry it until golden and crisp.
- Now in a bowl add whisked curd and salt, black salt, cumin seeds powder, red chilli powder, chat masala and mix it properly.
- Then add sugar and mix it.
- Now add fry bhindi and mix it.
- Now heat a small pan with 1 tbsp oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida and saute until smells aromatic.
- Off the flame and pour it in Raita.
- Bhindi Raita is ready to serve
