  2. Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying the bhajji. The flame should be kept medium. Once the oil is hot, drop spoonful of the besan batter into the oil and fry till the colour changes to golden brown. Remove the bhajji from oil and keep them aside.
  3. In a bowl take curd and add little water, salt,onions and mix it well.
  4. For tempering the raita heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds, green chillies, curry leaves,turmeric in oil. Put this tempering into the curd mixture. Do not add the tempering immediately into the curd. Wait till it gets cooled and then add it in curd.
  5. Finally add the prepared bhajji in the raita and serve.
