- Wash and grate the cucumber.
- Squeeze with palms and remove it's water.
- Whisk yoghurt.
- Slit the green chillies in between.
- Heat ghee in tadka pan, add cumin and mustard seeds in it. Let it crackle, add green chillies and curry leaves in it. Saute it, off the flame.
- Add grated cucumber in curd mix it well. Add salt, sugar in it. Add ready tadka on yogurt.
- Add mustard dal in raita. Mix it well. Keep it in the refrigerater.
- Serve it cool with pulav or as a side dish.
