- Firstly Peel brinjal & cut into small cube shaped, Then boil it with half cup of water
- After boiling mix all ingredients except first 2 & blend it together & make fine paste
- Mean while place a coal on fire when it become red hot placed it on aluminium cup, put this cup in paste n drop some oil on top of coal n quickly covered it completely.
- After 5 minutes removed aluminium cup, now it brinjal paste is ready to assemble
- Beat yogurt with brinjal paste then add finely chopped spring onions - Tadda - Ready to serve - U may served with any rice 🍚 (zeera rice, garlic rice or khichri) - It’s itself yummy 🤤 licking raita
