Steps to make Ghari:

Make about 10 balls. - Roll the dough in small round discs and place the filling ball in the centre and start pleating until the ball is covered with dough.
  3. In a pan heat oil and deep fry on low flame. - I fried gharis by placing each ghari on a strainer and pouring hot oil on top and fried each ghari till it turns light brown.1. Let the ghari cool for about 3 to 4 hours before you coat it with the ghee and sugar mixture. - - To make the ghee mixture. Take ghee at room temperature add powdered sugar and beat it until its creamy.
  4. Once the ghari have cooled place ghee mixture with a spoon on each ghari to glaze. - Garnish with pistachios or anything you like. - - Leave ghari for 8 to 10 hours and enjoy.
