I love the combination of pork and apple blended together and that is exactly what you get with this recipe. Cut a deep pocket into the side of each pork chop and stuff with the apple dressing. - Cook on 175C / gas 6 for 20 out and mix it all up and put back in the oven for a further 20 minutes without a lid so as its a little crunchy on top.
- Serve on the side of any pork meal or Sunday Roast
- Mix in the crispy top and serve
Stir the stuffing, apple and cranberries in a medium bowl. Cut a lengthwise pocket in each pork chop. Stuff the pork with the stuffing mixture. I tried it with Dijon mustard instead of spicy mustard and it was very good. I will make this recipe again.
