- Wash, cut and put your skuma wiki in a sufuria. Let the water from your wash evaporate then cut an onion, add a pinch of salt and add oil. Keep turning it till the onions are well incorporated. Let it cook.
- Drain the sardines and keep aside. Take a frying pain, heat oil and shallow fry the sardines till dry. Take a sufuria, fry onions, tomatoes, dhania and capsicum, then add the sardines. Let it cook dry fry
- Serve all while hot
