  1. Heat oil in a pan.add mustard seeds,cumin seeds greenchilly and curry leaves.when they started crackling.add chopped potatoes.cover it and cook for 2-3 min on low flame.now add peanuts.cool till it become light brown.
  2. Now add chopped tomatoes.saute for 1 min.add sendha namak and black pepper and turmeric powder.mix well.now add soaked and drained sago.mix it.cover it and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Garnish with green coriander and pomegranate seeds.drizzle some lemon juice.serve hot.
