  2. Get 2 Boiled potato
  3. Get 1/2 cup Roasted peanut powder

Add rice flour, finely chopped onion, ginger, green chilli, grated carrot, curry leaves and coriander leaves. Grease your hands with oil and shape vada. Heat oil and deep fry the vada both sides till onion turns golden brown. Sabudana Vada is a crispy delicious snack made by deep frying spiced sabudana and potato cutlets.

Instructions to make Sago vada:
  1. Take a bowl and add sago and water in it. Soak for at least 2 hrs or till it gets fluffy.
  2. Take another bowl and add 2 boiled potatoes in it. Peel and mash them well using hands.
  3. Mix sago,roasted peanut powder,green chilli,salt and mashed potato in bowl and mix well.
  4. Make small vadas. And fry it till get nice golden colour.
  5. Serve sago vada with curd.
