  1. Wash sago in enough water, drain all the water and keep it for 1 – 2 hours (for soaking)
  2. Make tempering with all the ingredients
  3. Put tempering, salt and curds to the soaked sago
  4. Mix well, Pour it in the idly plates and steam it for 5 to 6 minutes
  5. Take out after 5 minutes and serve with chutney
