  1. Get 4 medium potatoes boiled and mashed
  2. Get 1 cup sago seeds(Sabudana)

  4. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  5. Get 1/2 spoon Carom seeds
  6. Make ready As needed Oil for frying

  1. At first soak 1 cup Sabudana in 1 and half cup water.Let this aside for half an hour.
  2. Now take boil potatoes and mash this and add soaked Sabudana in this.Mix properly with hands aur spatula to make a dough.
  3. Add salt and chilli powder According to taste.Make small patties.
  4. Fry these patties in Hot Oil till getting golden brown colour on these.
  5. Our Crispy Sabudana Vada is ready to serve.Serve this with tomato sauce or mayonnaise.
