Steps to make Barnyard Millet Dosa:
  1. Wash and soak barnyard millet & sago for 4-5 hours. Discard soaked water and grind in mixer with curd to make pouring dosa batter. Keep covered for 1/2-1 hour.
  2. Heat dosa tawa grease lightly with oil. Add salt and soda bi carb in prepared barnyard millet batter. Pour 2-3 tbsp of prepared batter on dosa tawa,spread thinly towards edges to make round dosa. Sprinkle little oil/ ghee oil and roast on medium-low flame till crispy golden. Flip and cook another side for 1 minute. Similarly prepare all barnyard millet dosas.
  3. Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Barnyard Millet Dosa with coconut- coriander chutney.
