- Add the groundnut oil and add in the onions, leeks and garlic and fry for 5-10 minutes until its just cooked.
- Next add in the egg noodles, Season with salt and pepper. Add in the soy sauce and chilli flakes and mix all together. Cook for about another 5 minutes.
- Add the meatballs back in and cook for a further two minutes or just enough time to heat the meatballs.
