- Add boiling milk to semolina and keep stirring until the whole mixture is thicken and the ghee starts leaving sides. Please keep on stirring when adding milk at the mixture can splutter - Rava kesari is ready.
- Transfer in a mould to get nice pattern
- Press the halwa in mould
- Turn it upside down in serving plate and garnish with nuts and saffron
How to make Kesari in Tamil It is an Indian dessert that will tempt your taste buds to eat it more and more times. It is my most favourite dessert; in fact, I am addicted to this kesari. I have learned the method of cooking kesari from my friend's mom. This is very easy to cook and requires very less time.
