  10. Get 5 tablespoon brown suger
  11. Take For syrup:one cup white suger and about quatr cup water(or so)

  1. The milk powder used here.. can use nido powdered milk which is easily available.in a large hollow bowl.mix all wet ingredients; proof the yeast first.then add the 2 cups water then l dry.ingresients. mix grntly.then…add more water as required…to a pourable but thick consistancy.then let rise well before start deep frying(pls see the other recipe of luqaimat has similar prep method and frying method)
  2. The sheera bubbling Alhamdulillah… very hot be careful!!
  3. Can make the syrup/sheera slightly less crystal effect by not boiling too much or by adding bit more water..so can vary consistancy as prefer inshaallah
  4. Pour the hot sheera over the cooled kalimatiz(luqaimat). Pls see step 3 pics
