The ingredients needed to make Pumpkin LADOO:
  1. Prepare 8 pieces Pumpkin 🎃
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup cashewnuts
  3. Prepare 4 tsp roasted semolina (Sooji)
  4. Take 8-10 raisins
  5. Take 2 tbsp ghee
  6. Take 1/2 cup Sugar (acc. To your taste)

A melt in mouth ladoo made with pumpkin seeds and dried fruits. No Indian desserts are complete without our very own ladoos,right? So if I am posting sweet recipes there have to be ladoo in there. I made these ladoos with a combination of pumpkin seeds wheat flour, semolina and lots of dried fruits.

Instructions to make Pumpkin LADOO:
  1. Take pumpkin and boiled it to make purée.
  2. In a bowl add hot water and put cashew nuts soak them for 15mins, then drain and make a paste.
  3. . In a kadai take 2tbsp ghee, fry pumpkin paste, and cashew nut paste, fry well, add sooji fry then add sugar cook for 2mins on low flame. Switch off the gas. Close the kadai with lid. After 45 mins make ladoo decorate with raisin. Happy Cooking. 🙂 share your experience.
