  2. Get 2 cup semolina
  3. Prepare 3 cups sugar

Instructions to make Halva 2:
  1. Place the water, the sugar, the zest, the cinnamon and the cloves in a pot. Boil for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Using another pot, heat the oil well and add the semolina. Mix well over medium heat until the semolina is golden brown. If you like your halva to be darker, roast the semolina a while longer.
  3. Your syrup should be ready.
  4. When the semolina is ready, add the syrup that you have already prepared to the pot (remove the cloves and cinnamon but leave the zest).
  5. Stir continuously until the mixture completely unsticks from the pot. Don't be fooled, it takes its time. It has to unstick from the pot easily.
  6. Place the halva in a cake mold and let it cool.
  7. When it cools, remove from the mold and serve with plenty of cinnamon.
