  1. Take a bowl. Add semolina, curd, salt mix well and prepared thick batter by adding water.

  5. Put a pan on gas. Grease with oil gas is on low flame
  6. Pour the batter in pan and spread it gradually.
  7. Cover the pan and cook it for 4 mnts on low medium flame.
  8. Spread a few drops of oil and cook it for more 2 mnts.
  9. After 2 mnts pour a few drops of oil on the top of base and flip it to another side.
  10. Switch off the gas. And spread pizza sauce on the baked side.
  11. Spread mozzerela cheese and topping with capsicum, sweet corn, onion and veggies of your own choice
  12. Spread more cheese on topping
  13. Add 1/2 tbsp oregano and chilli flakes
  14. Switch on the gas on low flame.
  15. Cover the pizza and cook for 10 mnts or until cheese melt.
  16. Pizza is ready. Serve hot with sauces.
