After draining out its water, chop it finely and roughly. Take a pan, add the chopped spinach in it followed by a ½ cup of water. So a combination of both of our favorites for today's lunch menu. Soya chunks curry is very healthy, which I wanted to make for long time now, so today at last made it.

Instructions to make Salami chunks with Palak (spinach):
  1. First clean and chopped spinach and keep aside
  2. Now chopped onion, tomato and garlic ginger to be ready
  3. Chicken salami cut into chunks medium
  4. Now heat a non stick pan add oil when hot add salami chunks when change it's colour drain out from oil and keep aside
  5. .now add one tsp oil more and addginger garlic chopped sauté for one minute add onion sauté for 2minute add green chilli and tomato chopped sauté for again till tomato soft
  6. Add chopped spinach and sauté till soft add all masalas add chunks also and put lid on the pan and cook on slow heat if feel dry sprinkle little water and cook when all mix with masala and spinach
  7. Serve hot with rice and chapattis and prantha

In the mean time cut the canned sausage into small chunks like the way we do for panneer/tofu. Dont add any water to it. To it add curry leaves, tomato and spinach, little salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and cook it.
