- Using a food processor blitz together butter with baking powder and flour
- Finely chop rosemary, add it to the food processor and blitz together with salt
- Add water and mix until it comes together as a ball
- Roll out the dough as thinly as possible (to avoid sticking roll out between two sheets of baking paper)
- Cut individual crackers out using a small cookie cutter
- Then use a fork to prick holes in them and brush with a little oil
- Place on a baking tray and bake for 18 minutes in preheated oven
- Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving
I added chopped rosemary to the dough and sprinkled the crackers with sea salt (kosher works if you don't have any) before baking and they make a perfect crispy keto cracker with a nice rosemary flavor. I ate a bunch right out of the oven with nothing on them because they are just plain tasty. Try these crackers, made with buckwheat and almond flours, sea salt and olive oil.
