  4. Add water and mix until it comes together as a ball
  5. Roll out the dough as thinly as possible (to avoid sticking roll out between two sheets of baking paper)
  6. Cut individual crackers out using a small cookie cutter
  7. Then use a fork to prick holes in them and brush with a little oil
  8. Place on a baking tray and bake for 18 minutes in preheated oven
  9. Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving

I added chopped rosemary to the dough and sprinkled the crackers with sea salt (kosher works if you don't have any) before baking and they make a perfect crispy keto cracker with a nice rosemary flavor.
