Salt scrubs tend to be a bit more abrasive on the skin so if you're super sensitive, I would stick to a sugar scrub, however if you're looking for something a bit more intense, salt scrubs are the way to go. I'd also recommend only using a sugar scrub on the face and not using a salt scrub due to the size of the granules and the sensitive. A salt scrub is the most popular body treatment at the spa.

Apple cider vinegar acts as an astringent. There are various ways you can use salt therapeutically: take a dip in the ocean, soak in a salt-infused bath, or, my personal favorite, apply salt directly to the skin in the form of a body scrub. Salt is a wonderful exfoliant that softens skin, gets rid of flakiness, and infuses the upper layers of skin with vitamins and minerals. Salt scrubs can be made using good old table salt but the coarser the salt the more exfoliation you can achieve.

  3. Once u collect as much oil from the boiling coconut milk, turn off the flame.
  4. Instead of extracting coconut oil from coconut milk, u can also use regular coconut oil available in the market.. But the freshly extracted oil soothes the skin better than any other moisturizer. # personal experience :)

These can be made with Sea salts my favorite is Sea Salt. If you are looking for Sea Salts then Himalayan Sea Salts are great I love using them for their color too. Although table salt is very drying to skin, I've found that mineral-rich salt leaves my skin feeling fresh, soft, and moisturized.
