- Add onion,chilli,pink it,
- Add thin chopped potatoes cook it 2 mins.
- Add tomatoes,cook it.
- Then add all chopped veggies,stir it.
- Now add roasted vermacili,mix it.
- Add 1 glass of water in it.let it boil.
- When water reduced,sprinkle some green coriander in it.
- Serve it hot _hot.
