- Slice onion, curry leaves and brinjal.
- Take a pan and keep it on the stove, once the pan heats pour oil, once the oil heats add mustard and cumin seeds once it starts crackle add onions, curry leaves, add turmeric and salt, mix it well.

- Take curd in a bowl, add water into it
