It is fun bcuase I don't need lettuce and most everything. I love the horiatiki salad, because it is healthy and almost decadent at the same time, just like most Greek food.   4. Mix together the olive oil, oregano and lemon juice and pour this over the salad. Use your hands to toss the salad and make sure the veg is all coated nicely. Serve at room temp. Top with a block of feta if it’s your preference.
