- Grease the grill surface (both base and lid) lightly with a brush dipped in olive oil.
- Place the fish on the base and close the lid ensuring that it doesn't touch the top of the filet. Your filet should be grilled in 3-4 mins.
- (Optional) If your grill doesn't have this provision in step 5, keep the lid open. Flip the filet after 3-4 mins and grill for 2-3 mins longer. Et, voila! Ready to eat with lightly buttered, mixed-herb rice or pasta!
