The ingredients needed to make Bana-nut Flapjack:
  1. Prepare 2 tbsp. Nutcessity nut butter (I used Gingerbread Spiced)
  2. Take 400 g rolled oats
  3. Make ready 9 tbsp. rapeseed oil
  4. Take 8 tbsp. syrup (I used agave)
  5. Prepare 1 banana
  6. Make ready salt
  7. Prepare Handful seeds to coat (I used sesame)
Instructions to make Bana-nut Flapjack:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Lightly coat a 9x9 inch baking tray with 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  2. Gently heat the remaining oil, syrup & pinch of salt, whilst mashing the banana with the nut butter & 2 tbsp. water in a separate bowl.
  3. Once the oil & syrup is combined, add the oats bit by bit until roughly coated. Turn off the heat on the hob.
  4. Mix in the banana mixture well and turn into the baking tray. Spread over the seeds and press in lightly.
  5. Bake for around 10 minutes. Leave to cool for a while (if you can!) before cutting into squares and keeping in a Tupperware container. Munch away…
  6. Use within around 1 week…
