The ingredients needed to make Bana-nut Flapjack:
- Prepare 2 tbsp. Nutcessity nut butter (I used Gingerbread Spiced)
- Take 400 g rolled oats
- Make ready 9 tbsp. rapeseed oil
- Take 8 tbsp. syrup (I used agave)
- Prepare 1 banana
- Make ready salt
- Prepare Handful seeds to coat (I used sesame)
Instructions to make Bana-nut Flapjack:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Lightly coat a 9x9 inch baking tray with 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- Gently heat the remaining oil, syrup & pinch of salt, whilst mashing the banana with the nut butter & 2 tbsp. water in a separate bowl.
- Once the oil & syrup is combined, add the oats bit by bit until roughly coated. Turn off the heat on the hob.
- Mix in the banana mixture well and turn into the baking tray. Spread over the seeds and press in lightly.
- Bake for around 10 minutes. Leave to cool for a while (if you can!) before cutting into squares and keeping in a Tupperware container. Munch away…
