  1. Collect all ingredients first.
  2. Wash and soak samo rice for 10 minutes. Discard soaking water.
  3. Take rice in a mixture grinder and grind without adding water.
  4. Add mashed potatoes, soaked sago and grind it until it becomes smooth.
  5. Add all other remaining ingredients grind smooth.
  6. Add water as necessary and batter consistency should be like dosa batter.
  7. Heat paniyaram pan add oil in each hole and spoon the batter fill up in each hole. Drizzle oil around the sides in each hole.
  8. Allow it cook when you see the sides getting browned then flip over to other sides with the help of a spoon.
  9. And cook till golden brown on both sides.
  10. Serve with coconut chutney ya green chutney.
