- Take as needed Oil for shallow fry
Steps to make Paneer Satay:
- Mix all ingredients of Marination except Paneer.
- Make semi thick paste with the help of water.
- Now add paneer. Keep it in freez for 30 Min.
- Heat oil. Shallow fry the marnited paneer.
- For Peanuts Souce:-
- Take pan add oil. Add chopped garlic.
- Add ginger garlic paste.
- Add pinuts.
- Mix corn flour in water. Add it.
- Add all soya Souce, vinegar,red chilli powder and honey.
- Add salt as per it taste.
- Cook it for 5 Min.
- Now in this deep fried paneer for 1 Min.
- Serve it hot.
