  1. In a large bowl mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt
  2. Make a well at the center. add in oil or melted bb and mix then pour water.. It should be Luke warm not cold.. Not hot either..and then knead the dough just like we do chapo. The dough should be a little sticky.
  3. Cover the dough and set it aside for abt 40 to 1hr.. Meanwhile boil your sausages for abt 10 min.
  4. Later.. Roll the pastry out on a floured surface and cut into round small shapes around 10 pieces..
  5. Take your sausage n roll up in the pastry to enclose and repeat the same with all the others.
  6. Finaly.. Brush well all over with beaten egg and bake for 15 to 20 min or until it turns brown. Enjoy with tea,coffee or juice.
